Seoul Pops Orchestra Members Return to Ukraine to Struggle for Their Nation

Based on The Korea Herald, South Korea’s Seoul Pops Orchestra (SPO) has just lately seen three of its Ukrainian gamers return to their homeland to assist resist Russian invasion. They’re double bassist Ziuzkin Dmytro (47), violist Lev Keler (51), and trumpeter Matviyenko Konstyantyn (52).

SPO conductor Ha Sung-ho mentioned that the orchestra obtained a photograph of Dmytro in army uniform, wielding a gun [featured above].

In gentle of the state of affairs, Ha has determined to prepare a fundraising live performance, to be held later in March to help the ensemble’s Ukrainian gamers.

“I’ve been working with our members for nearly 20 years,” the conductor mentioned. “The orchestra is sort of a group, nearly like a household. We do have Russian artists, however everyone seems to be fearful about our colleagues.”
