VC LIVE | 2022 Klein Worldwide String Competitors Ultimate Spherical [WATCH]


 

We’re coming to you from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music this night for the Ultimate Spherical of the thirty seventh Klein Worldwide String Competitors.

The competitors, which has been working for 37 years, is a outstanding nurturing floor for younger string gamers aged between 15 and 23. The competitors presents a complete of $30,000 price of prize cash, and in 2022, the gamers will likely be mentored by previous winner and VC Artist Tessa Lark.

In 2022, the jury will likely be comprised of Richard AaronChristopher CostanzaFrancesca de PasqualeDaniel StewartIan Swensen, and Barbara Day Turner. This 12 months’s commissioned work will likely be written by composer Gloria Justen.

Earlier winners of the Klein competitors embody Jennifer Koh (1993), Vadim Gluzman (1993), Alban Gerhardt (1989), Tessa Lark (2008), and Nikki Chooi (2009).
