VC LIVE | Bowdoin Worldwide Music Competition Presents: Ariel Quartet

We’re coming to you from from the 2022 Bowdoin Worldwide Music Competition in Brunswick, Maine, USA, for a particular live performance that includes the Ariel String Quartet.

Comprising violinists Alexandra Kazovsky and Gershon Gerchikov, violist Jan Grüning, and cellist Amit Even-Tov, the Ariel Quartet are earlier Grand Prize winners of the Fischoff Nationwide Chamber Music Competitors, Third Prize winners on the Banff Worldwide String Quartet Competitors, and recipients of the distinguished Cleveland Quartet Award.

The ensemble presently serves because the School Quartet-in-Residence on the College of Cincinnati’s Faculty-Conservatory of Music.
