Winners Introduced at 2022 Live performance Artist Guild Competitors


 

Since 1951, the Live performance Artists Guild (CAG) empowers younger musicians to launch sustainable, distinctive, and related careers, aiding them in making an impression on the world by music.

The annual competitors, open to all devices, voice, and chamber ensembles, was held nearly for the second 12 months in a row.

The winners of the 2022 Victor Elmaleh Digital Competitors are soprano Magdalena Kuźma, bassoonist Eleni Katz, pianist Llewellyn Sanchez-Werner, and the Galvin Cello Quartet.

The Galvin Cello Quartet consists of cellists Sihao He, Sydney Lee,  Luiz Fernando Venturelli, and Haddon Kay.

This 12 months’s Grand Prize winners will obtain worldwide administration with CAG and London-based Younger Classical Artists Belief (YCAT), performances at each Merkin Live performance Corridor in New York and Wigmore Corridor in London, and participation within the CAG 360 Management Improvement Program.

This 12 months’s jury included Jenny Bilfield, Sara Davis Buechner, Phillippa Cole, Anthony Roth Costanzo, Brandon Patrick George, John Glover, Jaime Martín, Tavia Nyong’o, Asadour Santourian, and Kathy Schuman.
